So today I found out that if I fire a snowball from my bow into real snow... I can never find it again. So if anyone playing in the snow today becomes momentarily blind please don't panic! It'll go away after a few minutes.
I don't know what would happen if you ate it, though. So, I hate to say this, but please don't eat snow for the next few hours. ): Sorry.
Also my mother is in her pre-spring baking frenzy and is taking requests?

Is it true that the obelisks actually failed again and that a student needs to have four feet of small intestine removed due to an injury?! That is awful! And SCARY! I am glad I don't have the capability of lethal force (I just couldn't!) but I would be so afraid if I could!
Is the injured accepting gifts? Does she having any dietary restrictions?! Aside from things that are easily digestible, I mean.

I am really enjoying my classes this year! They are really good classes for me to take. It has only been the first week but I can tell The Social Environment is going to be very interesting. I am not really much of a party person, unless crackers are involved or it is someone's birthday! (and I do have some eggnog every year) but I think they might be more interesting as I continue to take this class! Most of my social interaction until Camulus has been with the North Elven culture, and they do things rather differently (they have a very good work ethic!) so it will be good for me to take a formal class on how people interact with one another.
I am also enjoying the morning runs! It is nice to get out into the snow! That is the best part of a new year, it starts off a lot like home so I can ease into my schedule better. Though I have come to appreciate spring as well! And especially autumn! Summers are always a test of strength!

Hello! Happy New Year everyone! Unless you are Chinese, and then Happy New Year in a few weeks! Or Vietnamese, which is also in a few weeks. Or Tibetan but that is coming up too. Okay so I guess Happy New Year to some of you. HAPPY NEW SCHOOL YEAR! There, that covered it all up nicely.
Well! As a lot of you might know by now, for me Christmas always comes with the best present ever. I have a new baby sister!

Her name is Jubilee and she is from Jamaica. She is two years old and she can't really read yet but she loves holding and looking through books!
